Do you offer exchanges? What's your exchange policy?Updated a month ago

Yes, we offer courtesy exchanges for a replacement or different shade within 30-days of delivery! Exchange requests are quick and easy through our Loop Returns Portal.

Once your return is in transit, you should receive an update via email communication. This return process should take 2-5 business days (or earlier).

All exchanges/replacements depend on if any shade/product is in stock. If a product you want in exchange/replacement is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund (unused/unopened/sealed) or store credit (used/opened/unsealed) for your returned product.
