EARNING REWARD POINTS

We’re proud to offer returns within 30 days of delivery for any new product purchased on our website. Gently used items are eligible for store credit or exchange 💕 Get started with a return here. 

Holiday Extended Return Period: Items purchased between our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and December 31st may be eligible for return or exchange within 45 days of delivery.

If you are outside the 30-day return window or have an issue with your return, contact customer service here for assistance.

For items being returned for non-defective or allergic reasons, a restocking fee of $8.95 USD may be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived for defective products, returns initiated because of an allergic reaction, or if store credit/exchange is the chosen resolution.

For buyers located in an EU/EFTA country, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for a full refund (including outbound shipping) to your original payment method. Buyer may be responsible for return postage. The withdrawal form can be found here and once completed, should be emailed directly to [email protected] for processing.

If items were purchased through TikTok, please request a return through TikTok. Purchases from third-party retailers should be returned wherever the purchase was made (e.g. Sephora).

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or you may opt for store credit. Refunds include the price of products and any associated tax. Shipping costs are not eligible to be refunded.

You may opt for an exchange on our return portal for a different color/shade. Exchanges and replacements are dependent on availability of the associated products. A refund may be issued if a product requested in an exchange is out of stock.

Items being returned must be shipped within 1 week of receipt of the pre-paid return label.

All returns are reviewed upon receipt and review may take up to 10 business days. If a refund is being issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original form of payment or for store credit to be sent via email. 

Items that arrive damaged may be returned through the returns portal. If you opted to add Extend© Shipping Protection at checkout, please start a claim here. Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery 

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders with a subtotal greater than $50 USD. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

** Please note that order subtotal is calculated after discounts and coupons are applied.

Domestic areas include the United States of America (all 50 states) and outer islands (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, American Samoa, North Mariana Islands). P.O Boxes are included here as well.

Orders typically take 3 to 4 business days to be packed, processed, and shipped. 

International Shipping: International Orders are subject to customs procedures for import clearance, which can influence delivery ETAs. International Orders also cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses (A.P.O./ F.P.O./ D.P.O./P.S.C.).

** Duties and taxes vary by country/region of the shipping destination and are calculated at checkout.

Undelivered Packages: Shipping, taxes, insurance, and other applicable fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable shipments.

Disclaimer: If you live outside of the United States and intend to send your order through a forwarding shipper, please note that Danessa Myricks Beauty isn't responsible for lost, tampered, or damaged packages. It is under the discretion of customers to trust forwarding shippers or third-party services to handle their packages. If you notice that your tracking number indicates your order is “awaiting final delivery” from a shipping agent, please directly contact your forwarding shipper for further assistance.

Once your order is placed, it gets packed, fulfilled, and shipped in the order it was received. 

When your shipping label is created, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. If you don't see this email in your primary inbox, please look through all folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc.).

Shipping Estimates

Please note: Shipping couriers may not scan or update a tracking number and wait till the day of delivery to scan all updates for a package. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but our shipping and delivery estimates add an extra 2-3 business days to account for this.

We offer Extend© Shipping Protection as an add-on at checkout to cover domestic orders that may be lost, stolen, or damaged. If you added Extend© at checkout and experienced a delivery issue, please click here to start your claim.

Lost Package (or Stuck in Transit): If your tracking information confirms delivery but you still haven't received your package, please allow 2-3 days for a possible late delivery. Otherwise, please see the steps below for further assistance. If your tracking still says "In Transit” and has not updated in 7 days, please see below:

1. Contact the shipping courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) directly with your tracking number to file a service request and request to have the case confirmation number emailed to you. 
2. Share a screenshot of the case confirmation number with our customer service team here. Please be sure to include the name of the courier representative you spoke to.

If your order was marked as "Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery", please contact your forwarding shipper or third-party delivery service directly.

Stolen Delivery: If you have proof or evidence that your package was stolen (within 2 days from the last tracking update), please see the steps below to receive further assistance.

1. Notify local police and the shipping courier to file a police report.
2. Forward proof of the police report and the name of the officer you spoke with to our customer service team here.

Damaged Shipment: If anything in your package arrived broken or damaged, please click here to submit a return with photos in our return portal within 30-days of delivery. The sooner the better!

Tips & Tricks | How to Apply

1. Begin by applying a thin and even layer of the product to one eyelid.
2. Allow the product to fully set and dry in less than a few minutes, keeping your eye closed to prevent creasing.
3. Repeat the same application process on the other eyelid.
4. If you wish to intensify the color, you can apply another thin and even coat on top of the already set/dried layer.
5. Wait for each new coat to completely dry and set before applying additional coats, if desired.

Your beauty routine should start with skincare, followed by the application of our Yummy Skin Prep Steps: the Yummy Skin Moisture Repair Balm Serum to deeply nourish the skin or Yummy Skin Glow Serum to boost hydration. You may use both of these products for extra plump and glowy skin. Our Yummy Skin products should be applied after sunscreen to ensure your SPF isn't affected.

For maximum mattifying, after applying the Yummy Skin Moisture Repair Balm Serum or Yummy Skin Glow Serum, you may apply the Yummy Skin Water Powder Serum underneath the Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder. If you prefer a more dewy finish, you may skip using the Yummy Skin Water Powder Serum and proceed with applying the Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder.

After the applying the Yummy Skin Prep Steps, scrape a small amount of Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder onto the back of your hand, warming it up with your fingertips or a densely-packed brush, before applying it to areas that require oil control or texture reduction. 

You may layer complexion products, such as the Yummy Skin Serum Foundation or Yummy Skin Serum Tint, on top for additional coverage.

Our products are designed primarily for face application. They are formulated to be non-comedogenic and safe for the intended areas of use as printed on the outer packaging of each product. Danessa Myricks Beauty products are paraben-free. Some of our products contain phenoxyethanol, which is a safe and effective preservative used at approved levels (less than 1.0%) to preserve products from contamination and microbial growth. As always, ingredient lists for products can be found on our website and the outer packaging of each product.

The mica and talc used in our products are only sourced under ethical conditions. Our product development team has communication and documentation with our manufacturers to verify this. For further information, please review the ingredient lists published for each shade/product on our website.

All formulas undergo rigorous testing to prioritize the health and safety of our customers. We strictly adhere to global certification protocols, a standard requirement for selling cosmetics worldwide. Due to the unique nature of everyone's skin, we cannot guarantee that our products will not cause irritation. Please Note: Certain products such as Colorfix, Infinite Chrome Flakes, and Twin Flames need to be quickly and securely closed after each use to prevent prolonged air exposure. Other products (such as Balm Contour, Dewy Cheek & Lip Palettes, and Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder) need to be stored in a cool, dry environment to retain optimal performance and consistency.

Currently, Linework is made in the Republic of South Korea. Yummy Skin Moisture Repair Balm is made in Italy. The Forever Mist and Yummy Skin Water Powder Serum are made in the United States. 

The remainder of our products are manufactured in China.

You can depot many of our products into a new container or use a spatula to transfer them onto a mixing palette (such as our Metal Palette, Acrylic Palette, or Single-Use Makeup Palette).

Makeup Palettes (such as Lightwork, Groundwork, Dewy Lip & Cheek, etc.)

Spray the surfaces of our products with a disinfectant solution (70% isopropyl alcohol) and let them fully air dry while open. After a few minutes, pass a clean paper towel over the surfaces to ensure there's no leftover residue or droplets.

Brushes/Applicators (such as the MyKitCo x Danessa Myricks: Yummy Collection)

It's advised not to use harsh chemicals on brush bristles too frequently as this may alter a brush's texture and appearance.

Instead, carefully wash and massage your brush bristles with a gentle soap or brush cleanser to preserve their condition. After thoroughly rinsing, soak up any remaining water with a clean paper towel and leave your brushes out to air dry before using again.

For waterproof makeup (such as Colorfix or Twin Flames), it's best to immediately spot cleanse the affected areas of your brush bristles with this same method. Leaving waterproof makeup on brush bristles for too long may make it more difficult to remove.

We recommend storing all DMB products closed in a cool, dry place to preserve performance and consistency. Products should also be quickly closed after each use to prevent prolonged exposure to air.

Due to the nature of balmy formulas, the texture of certain products (i.e. Balm Contour, Yummy Skin Moisture Repair Balm Serum, and Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder) may be susceptible to change in humid or warmer climates.

Although we maintain controlled temperatures at our facility, products may get exposed to different conditions/environments outside our fulfillment center. If you notice any oil droplets or condensation (water droplets) on the surface of a product, we recommend keeping the product closed in a cool, dry place for a few hours to allow it return to its original state.

Please Note: For hygienic purposes, do not directly add water to a product's formula or cross-contaminate with unsterilized tools/applicators (fingers, sponges, brushes, spatulas), as this may lead to mold and bacteria growth in the component. Make sure to apply makeup and skincare with clean/sanitized tools or applicators with each use. Always refer to the shelf life or expiration date printed on the boxed packaging of products.

Infinite Chrome Flakes must be quickly closed after each use to prevent the water-based gel from evaporating. With proper care, Infinite Chrome Flakes are intended to have 12-months of shelf life after opening.

If you purchased Infinite Chrome Flakes on our website and find the water content of the formula dried out (within 30-days of delivery), contact our customer service team with your order number and send any photos/videos of the product for reference.

Due to the nature of its formula, the Yummy Skin Water Powder Serum should be kept upright to prevent the dispenser from getting obstructed. Shaking the bottle may block the dispenser's opening. If the dispenser gets clogged, gently tap the bottle while holding it upright to release any built-up pressure. If this doesn't work, try turning the bottle upside down and back right side up, while avoiding shaking it.

Unlike the Love & Light Beauty Oil "The Original", the other Love & Light Beauty Oils ("Eternal Flame", "Blaze", "Sun Ray", and "Flicker") have shimmer and pigments in their formulas. 

Before using the drop applicator, it's best to thoroughly shake the bottle to redistribute the shimmers and pigments with the oil base.

Some shades in the Groundwork Palette may have surface crystallization, a common phenomenon with pomade formula types. All shades of the Groundwork Palette are fragrance-free. Since this formula doesn't have added fragrance, there might be a scent of raw (no fragrance added) materials. 

Rest assured, the scent and surface crystallization are natural characteristics of the product and do not affect its safety or performance. All formulas in the Groundwork Palette have been meticulously tested and approved to be safe for use on eyes, brows, face, and lips.

Any scattered bits of surface crystallization can be easily removed or scraped off the top layer. Anything under this outer film shouldn't have this surface crystallization.

Our Illuminating Veils have airless pumps and don't use tube attachments. Instead, the dispenser mechanism uses suction/air pressure to release the product. When the button is clicked down, the product is pushed up toward the nozzle.

If your dispenser isn't working or dispensing any product, it's possible the label on the bottom of the bottle is blocking the airway. Please peel off this label to help release the product. If you still want your product to be properly labeled with the shade name, you may place the label on the back of your bottle instead.

Purchase Conditions

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Danessa Myricks Beauty offers a convenient return policy to our customers because we want you to be completely satisfied with our goods and services. Our return policy is detailed here.

We reserve the right to deny unfair returns and refunds for any reason. For example, these reasons may include returns: (i) for products not purchased directly from Danessa Myricks Beauty; (ii) for products used beyond a reasonable trial amount; (iii) for products purchased for the purpose of reselling; or (iv) from customers that return an unreasonable proportion of products purchased.

PERSONAL USE; NOT FOR RESELLING

As a retailer, Danessa Myricks Beauty sells merchandise for personal use only. This means orders exceeding personal use quantities, reasonable seasonal gift-giving quantities, and/or vendor quantity limits will be cancelled at our discretion.

DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS

You are only permitted to have one registered account on Danessa Myricks Beauty. Any customer accounts created for the specific purpose of circumventing Danessa Myricks Beauty’s per customer limit restrictions on promotions, Flexible Payments restrictions, or product quantity limits may be disabled and banned at our discretion. We reserve the right to prosecute fraudulent criminal activity to the fullest extent of the law.

DELIVERY

Danessa Myricks Beauty reserves the right to require a signature to confirm delivery of an order. Should you elect to waive the signature requirement, you agree to release Danessa Myricks Beauty and our shipping carrier from any liability in the event your order is lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

INTERNATIONAL

If you are purchasing any products and they are being shipped outside the United States, then you authorize Danessa Myricks Beauty to import the goods on your behalf. Further, you agree that Danessa Myricks Beauty may delegate the obligation to import the goods to a subcontractor (e.g. a customs broker). You will pay the taxes & duties required to import the products in addition to the purchase price of the products.  

RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CONTENT

You alone are responsible for Your Content, and once published, it cannot always be withdrawn. You assume all risks associated with Your Content, including anyone’s reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in Your Content that makes you personally identifiable. Choice of Law and Venue

New York law will govern these Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and Danessa Myricks Beauty (a “Claim“), without regard to conflict of law provisions. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

Termination

You may terminate the Terms of Service at any time by closing your account, discontinuing your use of the Service, and providing Danessa Myricks Beauty with a notice of termination by emailing us here. If you close your account, we may continue to display Your Content.

We may close your account, suspend your ability to use certain portions of the Service, and/or ban you altogether from the Service for any or no reason, and without notice or liability of any kind. Any such action could prevent you from accessing your account, the Service, Your Content, Site Content, or any other related information.

In the event of any termination, whether by you or us, Sections 1, 4, 5, 6, 10 – 14 of these Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect, including our right to use Your Content as detailed in Section 4.

General Terms

We may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms of Service by email, regular mail or communications through the Service.

Except as expressly stated herein, nothing herein is intended, nor will be deemed, to confer rights or remedies upon any third party.

The Terms of Service contain the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreement between you and us on such subject matter. The parties acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representation made but not expressly contained in these Terms of Service.

Any failure on Danessa Myricks Beauty’s part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.

If any provision of the Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

The Terms of Service are not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with Danessa Myricks Beauty’s prior written consent, but may be assigned or transferred by us without restriction. Any assignment attempted to be made in violation of the Terms of Service shall be void.

The section titles in the Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

ARBITRATION

You and Danessa Myricks Beauty agree that any and all disputes arising out of, affecting, or relating in any way to the Service, including any products or services Danessa Myricks Beauty has provided, will provide or has offered to provide to you, and/or any aspect of your relationship with Danessa Myricks Beauty, including the use of this website (the “Claims”), shall, at the election of either you or us, be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures for consumer disputes (“Rules”), whether such Claims are in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.  Notwithstanding the Choice of Law and Venue provision above, this Arbitration provision shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act set forth in Title 9 of the U.S. Code to the fullest extent possible, notwithstanding any state law to the contrary, regardless of the origin or nature of the Claims at issue.    

Arbitration Proceedings: The arbitration shall be conducted within 50 miles of your residence at the time the arbitration is commenced.  Any claims and defenses that can be asserted in court can be asserted in the arbitration.  The Arbitrator shall be entitled to award the same remedies that a court can award, including injunctive relief.  The Arbitrator shall follow the law and shall not be entitled to make errors of law.  Discovery shall be available for non-privileged information to the fullest extent permitted under the Rules. The Arbitrator’s award can be entered as a judgment in court.  Except as provided in applicable statutes, the arbitrator’s award is not subject to review by the court and it cannot be appealed; provided, however, that either party may appeal to any Court with jurisdiction to the extent the arbitrator makes an error of law.  The Arbitrator shall be entitled to award the prevailing party attorneys’ fees and costs if provided for under applicable law. 

Any determination as to whether this Arbitration provision is valid or enforceable in part or in its entirety shall be made solely by the arbitrator, including without limitation any issues relating to whether a Claim is subject to arbitration; provided, however, the enforceability of the Class Action Waiver set forth below shall be determined by the Court.

Class Action Waiver: ANY ARBITRATION OF A CLAIM SHALL BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.   

Severability Relating to This Arbitration Provision: In the event the Class Action Waiver in this Arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Arbitration provision shall also be unenforceable.  If any provision in this Arbitration provision, other than the Class Action Waiver, is found to be unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.

The Danessa Myricks Beauty mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Danessa Myricks Beauty (“Danessa Myricks Beauty”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Danessa Myricks Beauty’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Danessa Myricks Beauty through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Danessa Myricks Beauty. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 50476 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Danessa Myricks Beauty mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
