Can I use a forward shipper to receive my order?Updated a month ago

It is under the discretion of customers to use forwarding shippers or third-party services to handle their packages. All customers are responsible for making sure all their information is correct when placing an order at checkout.

If you need to update your order's shipping address, please email customer service with your order number and correct address within 24 hours of placing it online — although it's not guaranteed this can be done before your order gets dispatched, we'll still do our best to update your address.

If you notice that your tracking number indicates your order is awaiting final delivery from a shipping agent, please directly contact your forwarding shipper to confirm they received your package at their facility. 

After packages are marked as delivered by the carrierDanessa Myricks Beauty isn't responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. Therefore, we advise communicating with your forwarding shipper first for further assistance.
