If you live outside of the United States and intend to send your order through a forwarding shipper, please note that Danessa Myricks Beauty isn't responsible for lost, tampered, or damaged packages (once they leave our fulfillment center and arrive at their destination). 

It is under the discretion of customers to use forwarding shippers or third-party services to handle their packages.

If you notice that your tracking number indicates your order is awaiting final delivery from a shipping agent, please directly contact your forwarding shipper for further assistance.
