What if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?Updated 2 days ago

Once orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center, our company, unfortunately, doesn't have complete control over any transit delays or handling conditions. 


Our company also has limited information available outside of what's publicly shown/scanned in the tracking number. Therefore, all lost, stolen, and damaged claims are handled on a case-by-case basis with further documentation required from the customer.


Hence, we offer Extend Shipping Protection at checkout to cover orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or delivery. 


If your order was marked as "Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery", please directly contact your forwarding shipper/company.


International Orders aren't eligible to receive shipping insurance.


EXTEND SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you opted for shipping insurance and experienced a delivery issue (loss/theft/damage), please refer to the scenarios below and click here to start your claim with Extend Shipping Protection.


Lost Package: A missing claim must be filed with Extend Shipping Protection after 5 business days from the last update in your tracking number — the latest this claim can be reported is within 4 weeks of the last update in your tracking number.

Stolen Delivery: A stolen claim must be filed with Extend Shipping Protection within 5 business days from the last update in your tracking number — the latest this claim can be reported is within 1 week of the last update in your tracking number.

Damaged Shipment: A damaged claim must be filed with Extend Shipping Protection within 2 business days of delivery — the latest this claim can be reported is within 5 business days of the last update in your tracking number.

NO SHIPPING INSURANCE

If you opted out of Extend Shipping Protection or are outside the time window to file a claim with Extend Shipping Protection, please read the next steps below to receive further assistance.


Lost PackageWas your order marked as delivered, but your package is missing or you didn't receive it (within 2-3 business days from the last tracking update)? If you still haven't received your package yet, please see the steps below to receive further assistance.


Step #1: Call the shipping courier directly with your tracking number to file a service request and ask to have the case confirmation number emailed to you. 

Step #2: Share a screenshot of the case confirmation number with our customer service team via email.

Step #3: Include the name of the support representative you spoke with on the phone.

*Most shipping couriers require immediate reporting within 1-2 weeks from the last tracking update.*

Stolen Delivery: If you have proof or evidence that your package was stolen (within 2 days from the last tracking update), please see the steps below to receive further assistance.

Step #1: Notify your local police and the shipping courier to file a police report.

Step #2: Forward us proof of the police report and the name of the officer you spoke with to our customer service team.

Damaged Shipment: If anything in your package arrived broken, please click here to submit a "Damaged Delivery" request with photos in our return portal within 30-days of delivery.
