Why is my tracking number not working or updating?Updated 2 months ago

All packages are dispatched to the exact address provided from checkout. Once packages leave our fulfillment center, our control over their handling during transit and delivery becomes limited. Sometimes, packages get scanned and updated much later than expected. 

Usually, if it's taking more than 1 to 2 business days for a scan or update from when your label was created, there's a chance that you may see all scans or updates appear the same day your package is delivered. 

This is why all our delivery estimates account for an extra 3 to 7 business days in case tracking numbers get late scans/updates by the carrier. If you think your order is stuck in transit, please click here to learn more information.

Domestic Orders

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 3 to 5 business days (or earlier) for it to get scanned/updated by the shipping courier. If you notice that your package is still not moving (after 7 business days from when the label was created), you can contact customer service with your order number.

International Orders

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 3 to 7 business days (or earlier) for it to get scanned/updated by the shipping courier. If you notice that your package is still not moving (after 7 business days from when the label was created), you can contact customer service with your order number.

Please also double-check all folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc.) if you received any emails from the shipping courier for additional information.
