How can I check the status of my order?Updated a month ago

When you log into your account, you can review your order history and see the status of your most recent purchase. 

Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, a separate notification with tracking information is emailed. If you don't see any messages with this status update, please look through all folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc.) for anything.

If you still cannot find the details of your order, please contact customer service with your order number in the subject line.
