What if my package is stuck in transit?Updated a year ago
If your tracking number still indicates your package wasn't scanned/updated/delivered after 5 to 18 business days from when the label was created, please immediately follow the steps below:
Step #1: Contact the shipping courier with your tracking number to inquire about the status of your package's delivery.
Step #2: Contact customer service with your order number and proof (service request/case confirmation/agent communication) of what the shipping courier followed up with for further assistance and documentation.
