We offer Extend Shipping Protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping insurance is intended to be an optional service for all domestic customers at checkout. Please note that international orders are ineligible to receive Extend Shipping Protection.

After you click on the "CHECKOUT" button for your cart, the checkbox option to either select or unselect Extend Shipping Protection should appear at the bottom of the first page you see. If you're shopping on our website on a phone, you would have to scroll down to see this checkbox option in the "Information" stage.

 When you choose this service, your order will be covered for loss, theft, or damage in transit. If you notice a delivery issue with your package, please click here to see how to file a claim through Extend Shipping Protection.

PLEASE NOTE: A missing delivery must be filed with Extend Shipping Protection after 5 business days from the last update in your tracking number — this claim must be reported within 4 weeks of the last update in your tracking number.
