What if a product is incorrect or missing in my package?Updated 16 days ago

We take thorough measures to optimize the accuracy of our fulfillment process. Before a tracking number is generated, each item (lot code) in an order is scanned and packed into our inventory database.

If you notice that there's an incorrect or missing item in your order/package, please promptly contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the following: the (entire) packing slip and everything you received inside. This action must be immediately reported within 2-days of delivery. We require proper documentation as a cross-reference to further assist.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEM(S)

Submission Timeframe: Within 2-Days of Delivery.

Required Details: Order # | Packing Slip | Everything Received in Package.

Option: Courtesy Reshipment of the Correct or Missing Item(s).
