Where is my order confirmation?Updated a month ago
Once you place your purchase, you should immediately receive an order confirmation to the email address associated with your order. If you don't see this notification in your primary inbox within 24 hours of placing your order, please look through all folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc.) for anything.
There may also be a chance that there was a typo in the email address provided at checkout or on our website: which means your order confirmation was sent to the wrong email on file. If this is the case, please click here for further information about your account.
