When can I expect my refund, store credit, or courtesy exchange?Updated 9 months ago
Refund: All returns for a refund must be manually reviewed at our fulfillment center to determine if they meet our return guidelines. This review process may take 5-7 business days (or earlier) from when a return is marked as received or delivered. Once you're issued a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement to also be reflected through your chosen payment method.
Store Credit: Once your return tracking is in transit, you should automatically receive store credit in your email inbox. All store credit is in the form of an e-gift card on our website. When you are issued a store credit, you'll receive a special code to redeem under your account/email address. This special code can be used at any time on the checkout page.
Courtesy Exchange: Once your return tracking is in transit, you should automatically receive an email notification that an exchange order (EXC-XXXXX-X) has been placed online and is awaiting further fulfillment/tracking. If the item you requested is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead via email.

Refund: Flat Rate Deduction of 8.95 USD is Applicable.
Store Credit: Not Applicable to Deduction.
