What if my return is late?Updated a month ago

All returns must be shipped to us within 1-week of receiving our return label. Any returns sent after this timeframe will be considered an unsolicited returnThe date & time you use our return label is automatically recorded in our database. 

If you send in your return within 1-week and notice it is stuck in transit (more than 5 business days), please contact customer service with your order number for further assistance.
