When you use our return label, you can check the status of your return by looking up the tracking number through UPS/USPS/FedEx.
Most returns take 3-5 business days (or earlier) to arrive at our fulfillment center. Returns for store credit or courtesy exchange should automatically be updated via email when the tracking number is in transit.
Returns for refund must be manually reviewed at our fulfillment center to determine if they meet our return guidelines. Once a return for a refund is received at our fulfillment center, this review process may take 5-7 business days (or earlier).
