Yes, we do provide a prepaid label for returns. You'll need to request a return first for further review. Please click here to start your return.
When your return form is reviewed, our customer service team will directly email you with a return label and further instructions.
You can only use our return label to send in your return. Our return label must be used within 1-week of receiving it. If you use a different label or send in your return after 1-week from when it was issued, your return will be considered unsolicited and unacceptable.
AUTHORIZED RETURN LABEL
Unsolicited Return: Anything Sent Without Our Authorized Return Label is Ineligible & Unacceptable for Return.
Timely Return: Everything Must be Shipped Within 1-Week of Receiving Our Authorized Return Label.
How & Where to Hand Off Your Return
Option #1 | Return Pick-Up: To arrange or schedule a pick-up from USPS at your location, simply use your phone to scan the QR code located at the bottom of our return label.
Option #2 | Shipping Office Drop-Off: You can also drop off your return at the nearest post office for UPS/USPS/FedEx to dispatch.
Proof of Drop-Off Receipt: When giving your return, make sure to request for a UPS/USPS/FedEx receipt of the time/date UPS/USPS/FedEx was handed your return: if something happens to your return, you can forward us proof of this receipt for further assistance.
