Yes, if your delivery address is outside of the United States of America, you may be required to pay import fees for customs clearance. 

The duties and taxes charged depend on each country's government and the total cost/value of your order. Your local customs office may also apply sales taxes against the full retail value of a complementary or discounted item. They may review the value of the product at retail price and not consider this as a "free" or discounted item.

All international orders will be declared as makeup or merchandise with the correct description and value. Our company cannot declare an order as a gift or with a lower value, as this would violate the law and result in your parcel either getting destroyed or investigated at customs clearance.

Since government regulations can change over time, we encourage you to check in with your country's customs offices. Unfortunately, Danessa Myricks Beauty cannot refund or return undelivered orders due to recipient refusal.
