Can I enter my shipping address in a different language?Updated a year ago
International customers must enter all their billing and shipping details in English, as our shipping couriers (UPS Worldwide and DHL Express) don't accept addresses in other languages.
If we notice an issue with your address information, our customer service team will email you to request further verification. This is why we highly encourage all customers to regularly check all folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc.) to make sure you don't miss any important messages from us.
If there's no response from you within the next 24 hours of sending our email, your order will automatically be refunded from our end. When this occurs, please allow upwards of 3 to 5 business days for the reimbursement to also be reflected through your chosen method of payment.
