Our business hours are from Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM ET (excluding weekends and national holidays).
If you need to update your order's shipping address, please contact customer service with your order number and correct address within 24-hours of placing it online — although it's not guaranteed this can be done before your order gets dispatched, we'll still do our best to update your address.
Tracking Number: Please allow at least 1-5 weekdays (or earlier) for tracking information to be scanned/updated by the shipping courier once you receive a tracking number.
Free Shipping: Domestic Orders are eligible for free, standard shipping for subtotals of 50 USD or more. Regardless of the subtotal, shipping rates are calculated at checkout all International Orders.
*The subtotal amount can be affected or deducted by a coupon/discount: you cannot stack more than one coupon/discount per purchase.*
International Shipping: International Orders are subject to customs procedures for import clearance, which can influence their ETAs. International Orders also cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses (A.P.O./ F.P.O./ D.P.O./P.S.C.).

Quoted Prices: All listed product pricing is quoted in USD. All prices at checkout are displayed in your selected local currency.
Undelivered Packages: Shipping, taxes, insurance, and other applicable fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable shipments.
