I placed an order under the wrong account. Can my pro discount still be applied to this purchase?Updated 3 months ago
Unfortunately, we're unable to apply a pro discount to an order placed under a different account or email address. If you're order is still pending fulfillment, you'd have to immediately email customer service to try to cancel this order and place a new order under your pro account.
