How do I report a damaged claim?Updated a year ago
If you received your order in damaged condition, you should report a damaged claim through our return portal to request a replacement, courtesy exchange, or store credit within 2-days of delivery — the sooner you report a damaged claim, the quicker the resolution!
RETURN PORTAL
If you opted out of shipping insurance, you may visit our return portal to report a damaged claim within 2-days of delivery — the latest this can be reported is within 30-days of delivery.
On our return portal, select "Damaged Delivery" as your reason for return and request a replacement or store credit for the next steps.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you opted into Extend Shipping Protection for your order, please immediately report a damaged claim with them by clicking here first.
A damaged claim with Extend Shipping Protection must be reported within 2-days of delivery — the latest this claim can be reported is within 5-days of the last update in your tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE
If you're unable to report a damaged claim through our return portal, please contact customer customer with your order number to provide photos of what arrived damaged in transit.
